Parmjit (PJ) Agarwal leads the Channel Management team within Pfizer’s US Market Access organization. She is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure the physical access for Pfizer’s products as well as being accountable for the implementation and execution of payment support programs through our channel partners in the US. She leads Pfizer’s relationship with wholesalers, pharmacy retailers, specialty pharmacies, HUBs, and the national pharmacy association.

PJ has over 20 years of pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical experience in the areas of sales and training, and non-profit, association management. PJ most recently led the Pharmacy Development team advancing Pfizer’s work with the National Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Associations. She has also worked across the industry to collaborate on several projects with key pharmacy and payer customers to influence the proper use of medicines leading to improved patient outcomes. PJ is a patient-focused, strategic leader in the healthcare industry, applying years of experience to exceptional business development, project management, policy development, and team excellence. She has proven record driving alliance building, program innovation, and creation of healthcare professional education and training.

PJ started her career practicing pharmacy at the Veterans Administration Hospital. She has an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management at CASE Western Reserve University and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University.
