Lauren Esterly, PharmD, BCPS, is the Associate Vice President for Clinical Strategies and Patient Safety at Humana. Within this role Lauren leads all clinical services within Humana’s wholly owned Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Humana Pharmacy Solutions. Her teams focus on pharmacy clinical services such as our formulary design and multiple clinical programs serving our over 8 million Medicare members. Her organization has a mission to empower Humana members to achieve their best health via optimized medication use. Lauren is an experienced leader in the field of pharmacy, leading in both a health system environment as well as within a health plan serving in multiple roles throughout Humana for the past 8 years.
