Vice President, Quality Innovation


Lynn PezzulloLynn Pezzullo, RPh, CPEHR, CPHQ, is Vice President, Quality Innovation at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). A member of the senior management team, Pezzullo oversees PQA’s measure development and stewardship activities, ensuring that resources are allocated to developing the most meaningful measures to meet stakeholder needs, and existing measures continue to be viable for use and provide value within the programs they are implemented. Pezzullo also is the Director of PQA’s Quality Innovation and Research Center (QuIRC), which aims to accelerate progress in medication use quality focused on the next generation of quality measurement, novel strategies to improve quality, and efficient strategies to address complex measurement needs. Prior to joining PQA, Pezzullo served as Senior Program Administrator with Healthcentric Advisors, a nationally recognized, healthcare quality improvement organization, where she was responsible for working with healthcare teams to implement quality improvement initiatives to drive improvement on quality metrics.  A licensed pharmacist, her experience also includes 14 years with CVS Health fulfilling various roles including direct patient care, and as Manager of Organizational Development for Pharmacy, designing training and change management strategies implemented in pharmacies chain wide.

Pezzullo received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island and continues to stay engaged with her alma mater, currently serving as Chair of the Dean’s Advisory Board.  She also is an active member of the Rhode Island Pharmacists Association, previously serving as President, and currently serves on the Rhode Island Pharmacy Foundation Board of Directors.

Located in Rhode Island, her home state, Pezzullo spends her free time with her wife and extended family.  An avid cyclist and foodie, she enjoys European vacations combining cycling, food, wine, and culture.
